I bring together people on their birthing journey through the first years postpartum who are looking for a better way to birth from a position of calm and confidence rather than burdened by fear, anger, or anxiety, to help each other clarify why we are feeling how we are feeling and create actionable goals, identify obstacles, and build the right set of the tools (hypnosis, HNLP and other evidence-based brain tools) to make our goals a reality, so that we can seize this new phase of our life on our own terms, fully present for our families, and invested in the strongest foundation possible for ourselves and our children's future, and best of all, free to enjoy the journey along the way.

Yes birthing and parenting is challenging and perhaps the greatest challenge out there! Here we meet those challenges with a curious and open heart and with open arms to support one another through it all. Not only does this free us up to actually enjoy the journey, learning and growing each day and becoming our best selves, but allows our children to thrive and reach their highest potential as we are able to be present, open, and supportive of who they are.

We will accomplish this together one clear step at a time through our vibrant and supportive community and our birth course, Calm + Confident Pregnancy. Our postpartum course, WholePartum is coming soon.
